However, you may board without a reservation only if there are seats available on the day of operation.
*2 Infants (0 years old) can travel free of charge only if they sit on an adult's lap. If they require a seat, please reserve the child fare.
For safety, please use a baby carrier.
◇Welfare discount (discount for people with disabilities) [Discount for people with disabilities must be displayed when boarding.]
- A fare discount (half the regular passenger fare) is available to those who hold a "Type 1 Physical Disability Certificate," "Intellectual Disability Rehabilitation Certificate," or "Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate," as well as one caregiver.
- Those who have a "Type 2 Physical Disability Certificate" are eligible for a fare discount (half the regular passenger fare).
- Assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs) travel free of charge, but if they occupy a seat, a child fare will be required.

Ticket refunds
Refunds will be made as follows only if your request is made before the departure time of your reserved bus.
Please note that refunds will not be given if you make a request after departure or if you do not contact us.

Points to note
- The Minakami Kogen Liner is a route bus that requires a reservation. Please make your reservation online by 5:00 PM the day before. However, you may board without a reservation on the day of operation if there are seats available.
- For safety reasons, we ask that infants (aged 1 to 6) also reserve a seat (child fare) when riding the bus. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Infants (0 years old) may ride on an adult's lap (free of charge) if they are too small to wear a seat belt. Please use a baby carrier for safety. If your infant occupies a seat by themselves, you will need to pay the child fare.
- Reservations are only accepted through the website [Hatsusha All Right Net]. Reservations cannot be made by phone or through travel agencies.
- All seats on the train are non-smoking.
- Small animals are not permitted inside the vehicle or in the trunk.
- Please note that the operating time may change depending on the weather and road conditions.
- If you are not at the boarding area by the departure time, your seat may be given to someone on the waiting list.
