Please present the certificate of public transportation you used at the time of check-in on the day of your stay.

2nd January 2024, 1 (Tuesday) to February 9, 2024 (Wednesday)
Shibu pay point distribution conditions
1. Those who used public transportation from outside Gunma Prefecture
2.Those who have been certified to use the above public transportation when checking in at an accommodation facility in Shibukawa City.
(Receipt of ticket※note, receipts, IC card usage details, ticket purchase site application screens, etc.)
※note)Our express bus will collect the ticket when you get off, so please take a picture of the ticket with a camera in advance.
3. Install the Shibu pay app on your smartphone, etc., and read the dedicated QR code to receive 2,000 eco-travel points.
